Orders placed by 1pm EST will be despatched same business day whenever possible.

We deliver by courier anywhere in Australia (we do not accept International orders)

All orders must be signed for; unfortunately this means we can not usually deliver to PO boxes*

Cost is based upon the total weight of your order, a staff member will call or email you with a quote before an order is sent.

The total delivery cost will in a future upgrade will be confirmed when you checkout.

Next business day delivery whenever possible** if order placed by 1pm EST Mon to Fri*** Note: During the wet season there will be delays to most freight going to the Northern Territory due to the use of narrow body aircraft on these routes.

With this in mind we advise that you do not take time off work or make special arrangements to be at home all day waiting for the courier. Whenever possible use a business address for delivery where you know someone will be able to sign for it during business hours.

*There are some exceptions to this rule so if you really need a PO box delivery let us know what you're going to order and we'll see if it's possible.

**Delivery to some regional areas may take up to 2 days.

**Due to the current security climate orders sent to defence locations throughout the ACT may experience slight delays. All items are received by the defence mail facility located in Queenbeyaan NSW, this adds approximately 18 - 24 hours to transit time.

*** We cannot guarantee next business day delivery due to fluctuations in order demand and other events out of our control, but you can be assured we will despatch you order as soon as we can.

Special Delivery Instructions: We will ensure that any special instructions are written on the consignment note or on the courier satchel. Unfortunately we can not guarantee that these instructions will be followed by the courier.
